Master Progression Programmes

This course is targeted at aspiring and current managers who want to develop their managerial competences in the key functional areas of a business, with an enhanced skill set in the management of people.

It is designed to provide you with the theories, tools and techniques to support the practical management of a business.

You will graduate with a clear understanding of how to achieve business success by effectively building a resilient team and aligning your people with the organisation’s strategic objectives.

All the modules are rooted firmly in professional practice and are designed to provide you with the ability to apply your managerial, human resource management and leadership skills in a variety of sectors.

STAGE 1
You will increase your understanding of how and why business operates and focus on an organisation’s marketing strategy. You develop your knowledge and practice of the management and development of people in the workplace and will reinforce your professional skills and your transferable skills in interpersonal communication and teamwork.

STAGE 2
You will critically review and manipulate a range of analytical tools to support strategic decision-making. You develop your awareness and understanding of business economics and will learn tools and techniques associated with managing the finances of an organisation and develop skills necessary to the creation of a business.

STAGE 3
The Capstone module is designed to provide you with an opportunity to integrate master's level knowledge and skills by independently working on an extended academic thesis or a business consultancy project from a degree related discipline. Personal and professional skills such as research, oral presentation and teamwork skills will be developed.

• Dissertation

Applied learning

CAPSTONE
You are encouraged to apply for live Capstone consultancy projects which are sourced locally and are advertised through our Professional Enrichment hub. You are also able to negotiate and source your own consultancy host organisation in discussion with the Professional Enrichment Hub.

Careers / Further study

This course is for new graduates from any degree discipline background who wish to develop their career as a manager. It is also for those already working in business, at a junior or middle manager level, and seeking to progress their career as a consultant, middle level business manager or entrepreneur. If you are looking to enter this field and have no relevant formal qualifications, this course will allow you to gain the necessary expertise.

Previous graduates have gone on to take up managerial positions in the public and private sectors, in organisations ranging in size from small entrepreneurial ventures to listed companies, large conglomerates and the quasi-public sector. Some have also gone on to set up their own businesses.

   ● Single standard room (Shared bathroom) from £85/week (approx. 37)
   ● Single En-suite room (Single with bathroom) starts from £121.50/week (approx. 37 - 49 weeks)

Tuition Fees

• 1st Installment	150,000 THB
• 2nd Installment	200,000 THB
• 3rd Installment	260,000 THB
Total	610,000 THB

** Notice of Tuition Fees change: Tuition fees may be changed from this fee for the year 2024 due to the updated academic year 2024 from Robert Gordon University.

*International students (Non-Thai students) will be added THB 25,000

** A student will need a minimum of £1,023 per month to cover basic living expenses.
** International students are allowed to work up to 20 hours a week during term time and full-time working during vacations.

English Language Requirements
If English is not your first language you will need to be able to show you have the required level of English language.
The course requirements with IELTS or BACIET overall score of 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 or higher in each component (reading, writing, listening and speaking).
