Master Progression Programmes

On this course, you’ll gain a broad understanding of modern media and communication, and develop the skills you need for a career in these fields. You’ll develop specialist knowledge, and become a researcher in your own right. From there, you’ll be ready to launch a rewarding career, or enter doctoral study.

Semester 2 : Sep - Dec 2024 @ SHU

• Media Communication Theories & Practices
• Dissertation (running across 2 semesters)

Semester 3 : Jan - Jun 2025 @ SHU

• Media Representations & World Perspectives
• Think Free: Contemporary Issues in Digital Cultures
• Dissertation (running across 2 semesters)

Tuition Fees

• 1st Instalment	150,000 THB
• 2nd Instalment	200,000 THB
• 3rd Instalment	340,000 THB
Total	690,000 THB

*International students (Non-Thai students) will be added THB 25,000

** A student will need a minimum of £1,023 per month to cover basic living expenses.
** International students are allowed to work up to 20 hours a week during term time and full-time working during vacations.

English Language Requirements
If English is not your first language you will need to be able to show you have the required level of English language.
The course requirements with IELTS or BACIET overall score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 or higher in each component (reading, writing, listening and speaking).
